Tasks:

• Conception, creation and further development of user-centered content, Marketing and Product campaigns
• Art Supervision of the visual and technical realization of 360° campaign materials
• Creation of Key Visuals, Graphics, Layouts, Icons and for Print and Digital Media
• Independent development of Innovative, digital Solutions
• Collaborate with other designers to define and implement innovative creative solutions
• Compiling of graphics, layouts, icons and animations for digital and print
• Securing of the Corporate Designs in all digital media
• Presentation of creative concepts, designs and Ideas to the team , but also Senior Level stakeholders
• Close collaboration with Campaign Creation Text and OnAir Producers
• Team Motivation, empowerment and Encouragement

Profile:
• Completed studies vocational training and/or as a digital media designer (m/w), graphic designer (m/w) for digital- and print-media or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in developing 360° campaigns in the adverting industry
• Enthusiasm for actual advertising trends and developments, creativity and an intuition for the spirit of the time
• Passion to create brand experiences no matter what channel
• Experience as Art Direktor, Art Supervisor or Projectlead on national campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and passion to work within a dynamic team
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Dedication, flexibility
• reliable, fast and structured and a high degree of responsibility
• Good communication skills in German and English, in speech and writing
