We’re an independent design agency with studios in New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai. We believe that great design helps brands grow, by abandoning the generic and relentlessly pursuing the unmistakable.

The Role

Our New York studio is growing with new projects, clients and into new categories, mainly in the area of consumer brands (CPG).

We are looking for proven design and branding talent to Evolve the Worlds Most Cherished and Iconic CPG Brands, such as Mars, Kellogg’s, and ABI. We need collaborative, insightful and skilled Senior Designers to create strategic, beautiful solutions for our clients and execute them through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

eExperienced in leading projects, large and small, from start to finish.

An impeccable designer, able to be the primary contributor to projects and to mentor junior talent.

Can oversee various projects at a time and delegate big idea execution.

A compelling presenter, able to sell ideas to clients.

An experienced collaborator, able to utilize a wide range of internal and external resources (copywriters, illustrators, strategy, etc).

Experienced with consumer brands; ideally within chocolate and confectionery

Comfortable implementing and flexing design guidelines for established global brands

Creative & strategic implementation of brands – from brand world to various consumer touchpoints

Able to create and communicate strategy.

An articulate visual and verbal communicator.

Detail oriented and ideas driven.

Curious, multidisciplinary and eager to learn.

Recognized through international design awards.

Fluent in relevant technology.

Not a requirement, but a bonus: Have an understanding of the confectionery industry and its challenges in business and design.
