What you'll do
- Lead and maintain overall client relationships on assigned client groups, developing key relationships that position Instrument as a strategic advisor and innovation partner. Be a dynamic and trusted partner to your clients
- Author and negotiate statements of work (SOW) and client approvals. Ensure work is completed on budget, and invoiced appropriately
- Work with the team leads to properly staff and plan awarded projects, accounting for all necessary details and ensuring successful and timely project completion with a high level of satisfaction from both the team and the client
- Maintain resourcing efficiency throughout the project lifecycle, minimizing waste and ensuring people are involved at the appropriate times for project success
- Monitor health & happiness of project teams, guiding and mentoring producers along the way to maintain team morale
- Proactively take measures to adjust or respond to any issues, flagging and addressing potential issues before they arise
- Help manage team resources, including partner vendors and freelancers, and loan/borrow arrangements between teams

What you'll bring
- 8-10 years’ experience leading creative teams and owning enterprise-level client relationships in a digital agency environment
- Proven ability to train and mentor producers in effective team and project management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to identify and win large new business partnerships
- Considerable attention to detail, with experience creating and managing project management, team management, and financial management tools
- Tact, diplomacy, common sense, and maturity in interacting with people at all levels, internally and externally — especially in challenging circumstances
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
