Jordan - A microprocessor-controlled robot designed and manufactured in a group of four. The robot utilized a MC6802 microprocessor, 2 stepper motors, a single DC motor, and a telescoping catapult arm to navigate a course, retrieve a ball, and deliver it to a target location.
Insulin Pump Belt Clip Design - As part of our Design training at Cal Poly we worked with an industry partner on one of their projects. The goal of this project was to redesign the belt clip for an insulin pump that would facilitate different orientations with a minimum of effort from the patient. In a team of 4 we designed the assembly shown above. All 3D modeling and FEA was done using Catia V5.
