-- Designed Reaction brand's women's collections for first cost/discount retailers, including DSW, Famous Footwear, MarMaxx and Ross
-- Directed multiple vendors, suppliers and office personnel in China to develop successful collections
-- Collaborated closely with buyers to create specialized lines and groups each season
-- Developed and presented training sessions in Photoshop color CAD techniques for other designers
-- Interviewed, trained and managed 1-2 intern personnel per season
