Chair (details - Closeups of the maple legs, machined aluminum standoffs and acrylic seat
Chair - The chair was built for "Introduction to Woodworking" the project required joint work and the legs fulfilled the requirements. I hand machined aluminum standoffs and incorporated an acrylic seat to make the project stand out. The chair is photographed at the Lakewood Cultural center where it was selected to be displayed in a Modern Furniture show.
Table - This is a closeup of the three piece aluminum risers that I hand machined for the table project. The goal of these risers was to make the glass appear to float above the wooden sub structure. the floating glass gives the user a place to put decorative coffee table books without cluttering their usable space.

Axys Concept car. This is a scale version, however I was part of the team that built a good portion of the full sized vehicle as well.
Floating table, designed with aluminum risers that float a 1/2 inch thick piece of glass above the table, this allows your favorite coffee table book to be displayed and accessible without taking up too much extra space.
