3D model of the dog food chiller.
100W Peltier Chiller hooked up to a old CPU power supply
I used an aluminum block to help dissipate the heat from the Peltier module to the CPU cooling pipes module.
3D printed peltier cooler for a single can of dog food. Initially in the stages of designing my dog food feeder I wanted to give him a mixture of wet (can) and dry food. After determining that this was going to be more trouble than it was worth I resorted to only dry food and abandoned this concept. I couldn't get the wet food to slice and not stick to the bottom of the chopper.
I only printed the lower half for testing since the print was going to take well over 30+ hours to print. (See the image of the 3D model for the final product.)
The chopper would slice off a "puck" of food every time it opened.
Here you can see the Aluminum tube that would be used to pull the heat out of the can of wet food.
