For this project we were given the shell of the building. It was my decision on where the elevator and staircase were to be located as well as developing a program for the interior spaces based on functionality.
I also decided to experiment with LEED. In the end I was able to achieve 46 points making Casa Dual a Certified Building.

Casa Dual
To create a boutique hotel located in Positano, Italy. With only the exterior shell as well as a general location of the site given the overall design as well as spacial programming were left up to me, the designer. To create a total package of design branding of the hotel was also incorporated.
