"Understand why you work hard, get the big picture, and think of the end results", that was some advice my parents had given me after I graduated from high school. It stuck and has helped me endure a time I was balancing school, an internship, and two part-time jobs. Through persistence and patience I was able to graduate from the University of Michigan - Dearborn with a B.B.A. in Marketing, which also Includes A.B.A and A.S. degrees from Henry Ford Community College. Currently, I am an Account Executive at Campbell Ewald and love everything about it! What I enjoy the most is that I get to work alongside some of the most intriguing minds. My past work experiences include being a research assistant for the University of Michigan - Dearborn's iLabs program, 7+ years in a management role at UPS - 12 years collectively, retail customer service, a marketing intern for a music label, and freelancing as a graphic designer.     I manage the B2B and Social lines of business for Kaiser Permanente. This includes projects ranging from traditional to digital marketing communications such as: brand identity, curation of paid and organic social content, print ads, overseeing the production of HTML 5 web banners, user generated content web pages, and native advertising among others.

    - Assisted in all aspects of the fully integrated "Matt & Mike" campaign supporting federal student loan repayment
    - Oversaw the production of digital projects from planning through the execution of native, mobile, gaming, and promoted video platforms
    - Assisted in the production of rich media for the First Lady of the United States (FLOTUS) partnership advocating FAFSA

    A specific project I supervised was the development of a broadcast PSA distribution platform. I managed nearly every aspect of the project with included: issuing an RFP from third-party vendors, planning/managing the budget, and overseeing the development of the digital distribution platform. The project resulted in approximately 2,400+ national airings, over $340,000 in donated ad space, and a 12.5M total audience.

    My day-to-day responsibilities included: managing the routing process for projects in radio, web, and print; developing production schedules, managing the Internal Services Request process, processing insertion orders for print, OOH, and OLA trafficking.

    Quite often, I volunteered and have been asked to undertake tasks outside my usual scope of responsibilities. For example, I have helped create new layouts for status reports, created decks for a Power Point presentation, assisted in competitive analysis research for New Business pitches, and helped compose a write-up for a creative brief. Additionally, I participated in LCE’s Mentor Program under the guidance of an Associate Creative Director.

    I integrated a mail merge program that was able to send unique customizable e-mails to many of our participating communities which saved time, and allowed me to allocate more time to new participants. As a result I was responsible for 40% of the project's total submissions in 2013.
