Voluntary Participation on the Sabiá 6 Project (2008-2009):
The project is the construction of an experimental competition vehicle to participate on the Shell Eco-Marathon Americas 2009. Every year the competition happens in Europe, Asia and North America, where schools and institution from around the world meet to show their vehicles built to maximum energetic efficiency. The Sabiá 6 is the only Brazilian car to participate in 2009, and was awarded in first place in the Innovative Design Award category. My participation happened since the sketch till the manufacturing process. I was responsible for making the shape design sketches become real.
Internship on CETEC (2010-2011):
Participation on "Polidesign Project" at the Multimedia and Didactic Material Laboratory (LMDM) of the Technological Center Foundation of Minas Gerais (CETEC). This project's main goal is to develop new methodologies to science teaching. In order to do so, products are designed and built, and the designers apply their knowledge to develop these products with 3D printers and rapid prototyping machines.
