2013 NAIAS Interiors Demonstrator

Was involved as part of Johnson Controls and later Visteon NA Design Studio in a wide range of product development programs. Supported the Interiors Studio with ideation sketches for the 2013 NAIAS Interiors Demonstrator. Created, under the supervision of the lead designer, a thematic direction for the instrument panel including cluster and center stack display. Other vehicle interior projects included developing conceptual sketches of door panels, headliners, wireless charging and lighting accessories.
Worked on internal and customer Infotainment System Development assignments together with the Electronics/HMI team. Was responsible for developing graphic user interface assets and proposing possible physical input device concepts. Worked together with design colleagues to research and benchmark existing input devices on current production vehicles. Conducted ergonomic studies to back up our ideas.
Developed design proposals to expand Homelink garage door opener product portfolio.
Worked together with Electronics/HMI studio colleagues to create production graphics for the GM and Mazda instrument clusters and infotainment systems.
Worked on packaging concepts for motor sports batteries and chargers; created internal website graphics for the Building Efficiency division.
Developed conceptual sketches, presentation renderings, sample boards and fabrication/installation drawings for custom trade show exhibits and retail environments; interacted with managers and vendors to meet presentation and production deadlines.
Developed lighting solutions for retail/entertainment, corporate, residential and site/facade projects. Designed a range of lighting instruments for small-scale production. Collaborated with manufacturing department. Researched new production methods and materials.
Designed web graphics, interactive Flash presentations, ads, brochures and logos for local and international clients.
