The Slovakian, owned by Marian Moncek, is a boutique charcuterie specialising in slow fermented sausages. The Slovakian revives his old family tradition dating back to his distant relatives the D'Monchet of French Normandie, making high-quality truly artisanal products. K&i worked closely with Marian, to revamp the branding, comprising of logo, swing tags, product bands, and a single page website, including photography.
