About

Born 22 December 1975. Studied Graphic Design & illustration at Stellenbosch Univ '97. Worked as a designer at Orange Juice Design under Garth Walker, but later realized that I wanted to pursue an independent career as an artist and illustrator. I then traveled around in the USA and later lived in the UK for 2 yrs, but returned to South Africa in 2000. In 2006 I published a graphic novel set in Apartheid South Africa in the 1970-80s. Currently I work as a gallery artist and illustrator and exhibit locally and internationally in solo and group exhibitions. I work as a lecturer in illustration at Stellenbosch University.
