Flo - This chair was inspired by Florence Knoll's Lounge Chair. The height of the chair and the arm rail in the back work together to allow the chair to create a space of its own while still allowing others outside of the created space to enter in on a conversation comfortably.
The chair is also a modular piece in that when more than one are combined, they can create a number of different looks and serve different purposes.
Tic Tac Toe Storage Unit - I designed the Tic Tac Toe Storage unit as a means to helping children learn how to make cleaning up fun. By turning it into a game of tic tac toe, I was able to make the game pieces multi-functional. I designed it to be used in a school environment, making it useful throughout the course of a child's and teacher's day.
Paper Bag Lamp - Designed for the Philadelphia Museum of Art Colab Competition.
Shade-all - Designed with a group of four people for a one week "sprint" project.
Sand Dune Chair - When designing this chair, I focused soley on the materiality of sand and how it could be used in a seating devise.
