A watering hose cart system with the ability to spool out and reel in hose line. Pulling the cart away from the water faucet spools out the hose. Pushing the cart back towards the water faucet reels in the hose. This method allows for easy maneuvering of the hose coil and a lesser chance of creating kinks and twists.
