Latin Markets January 2013-Present Graphic Designer
• Responsible for all in-house graphic production of marketing materials
• Design sales advertisements for both print/ web, web banners, event brochures, badges, large stage banners, signs/ easels, event booths, infographics, agendas, press kit
• Coordinate with numerous sales groups to find out what marketing needs each require
• Use project calendar to manage all projects as well as print schedule for brochures/ banners
• Keep inventory of production materials for events
• Coordinate with printers to make sure all designs are printed correctly and timely
• Attend weekly meetings with marketing team to think of new ways to market the Latin Markets brand to prospective clients
