Worked directly with Executive Vice President of Design to elevate design aesthetic of projects, while integrating the studio
disciplines and encouraging rigor of processes. Collaborated with Marketing, BIM and Sustainability Directors to develop
and implement initiatives to integrate design teams. Comanaged 12 designers in 3 offices, with a specific focus on design
quality. Collaborated with interdisciplinary project teams and individual designers to guide solutions through ongoing
design meetings and critique. Participated in numerous client interviews, and acted as Lead Designer on multiple projects.
Coordinated inspirational/educational lunchtime presentation series. Developed design process and presentation standard.
