I'm a Textile/Surface Designer whose just moved back to New York City after four and a half years of working in the Pacific Northwest as a Textile Designer for an online/catalog company, Connecting Threads (www.connectingthreads.com). I've previously worked in the Fashion Industry in New York for 10+ years. First as an Intimates Designer, then switched gears and entered the world of Textile Design. I create prints, screen prints, embroideries, accessory artwork. Also technical issues like flat sketching and creating Line Sheets. I've also done print work, creating fliers, invitations, cards.
