Step 1 - This table was designed from the ground up with materials that were all ready at hand. The table was modeled, welded, powder coated, poured and grind to a smooth surface. The table was then finished with an acrylic sealer so as to protect the exposed steal from rust.
Step 2 - For sturdiness, simplicity of design and, weatherability the table was welded and powder coated creating a single frame .
Step 3 - The frame was next flipped and welded to a metal table. An epoxy aggregate mixture was then poured into the desired area.
Step 4 - Here is a final photo in the process. A coat of clear acrylic was aplied to prevent oxidation on the exposed metal.
