My formative years were spent with The Times and The Telegraph of London, working elbow to elbow with the industries best, later transitioning into magazines. Eventually becoming Creative Group Head of CR Media leading their creative department of publications in addition to my primary role of revamping and launching a new look for their flagship titles August Man, Prestige and launching Gadget3.
Back in 2000 armed with a little black portfolio I set off traveling and freelancing, exploring a route through SE Asia, India, Australia and South Africa. Upon my return to London was subsequently appointed as launch Art Director for a new health & fitness yoga magazine. Upon completion I took my second position with The Telegraph Group, working with them for a further three years. Subsequently then being appointed Design Director for CR Media. After two wonderful years, with CR have since began Ford Creative.
My approach to design has been sought out by companies and individuals around the world, keen to exploit the experience and creativity imbued in my work.

More than that, however, Leroy is a man of character and integrity, a hard-working, Conscientious collaborator and the ultimate team man. Leroy arrived from London’s The Sunday Telegraph commissioned to redesign a successful new aesthetic for August Man. Suffice to say, Leroy did a superb job; his redesign was extremely well-received by staff, readers and advertising clients, a catalyst for the future success of August Man".

“I started working with Leroy on my brand new magazine ‘Insights’ for Economics students and am pleased to say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Leroy is extremely responsible and responsive while bringing real industry magazine design experience to my efforts. As I focused on the content, Leroy single-handedly helped to conceptualise the design of the magazine from scratch and followed through until the end when it was launched. I have been getting rave reviews from many people in the industry on how well designed and relevant the magazine is. He was able to understand what I exactly needed and bring the vision to reality with almost no hand-holding. Personally, Leroy is a warm and accommodating individual with tons of patience. A true professional who brings “world-class” expertise to the table, I would recommend him unreservedly to any potential client of his.
