Design and manufactured by myself aged 17
Hi-jak - My A-level product design project, a scissor lift for MX bikes. Designed and fabricated completely by myself. It won me several engineering comps and this picture was from the Young Engineers for Britain national final where i finished in the top 5 out of over 3000+ entries.

Hi-jak 2 - Elevated just enough to take the sag out of suspension, can raise the bike another 50cm
Designers toolbox - This was the competition for Norwegian Industrial Designers. My design won and from my technical drawings they produced this on the spot. Due to time they riveted instead of spot-welded and didn't have time for the handles but they are producing one for me to my exact specification.

Stress contour plot Rapid Prototype - Modelled in T-splines and spaeclaim, analysed using scan and solve for rhino and printed on a Z-corp 510 machine.
