Granny's Gourmet Goodies Identity - The objective was to develop an identity that could eventually be placed on jars/ bottles to be sold in specialty stores nation wide. The package design is still in production but the identity was a hit! The logo has a savory seafood flavor as intended. As lead designer, I took complete control over the design, art direction, color and illustration as well as production.
3 Cover designs - Let Go and Live in the Now: Finley felt this cover should be purely typographic with a feeling of calmness and clarity. With the client’s vision in mind, I felt the use of light streaming from the center of the cover captures the very essence the nature of the book. Illuminating yourself from within. The passion of the Keef: Designed all interior pages, spine and back for Keith Knight’s newest book “The Passion of the Keef.” He is an award-winning cartoonist whose nationally-syndicated weekly comic strips, the K Chronicles and (th)ink, can be found in newspapers, magazines and websites across the country. His work has garnered praise from Garry Trudeau, Spike Lee, Dave Eggers, Maya Angelou, among others. Art and Practice of Caballa Magic: This classic book from Ophiel's Art and Practice series begins with a brief history of the Caballa, then examines the correspondences of the Tree of Life and its symbolism. What the client needed: "The design must include geometric, bright colors, somewhat retro and a simple design that would lend itself to a series..." What the client got: [see above cover] Fits the description?
Terranova Series - A series of enchanting bath products including Body cream, Soap, Oils and Bath Salts. Tropical illustrations and light flowered backgrounds gives the buyer the illusion of tranquility and peace. As designer I was in charge of laying out the front and back labels for each product in the series. I also worked on icon development.
