Lockwood retirement invitation - District was looking for something that looked more high end with a low price tag. Black linen stock with metallic silver ink. Envelopes were printed with metallic silver on white standard stock. Coordinating crystal champagne glasses were etched for the event.
Norman memorial invitation - Kathy was the daughter of the previous Executive Director and very involved with her dogs and the dog parks. This trifold was an invitation as well as a map of the development of the parks, program of events, and donor appreciation piece. 4-color on ivory stock.
Rockford Park District 100th anniversry invitation - Invitation needed to stand out but also be produced efficiently and on a lower budget. Reads "A century of the Rockford Park District" once unfolded; reads "A celebration March 27, 2009" when folded. Z-fold, 4-color invitation with 1-color business #10 envelope.
Conservatory & Gardens invitation set - Two invitations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Conservatory. The majority of those invited received the larger postcard version of the invite, while special guests received a more personal enclosed invite. Both 4-color; 1-color envelope for second invite.
The Beach Ball invitation set view 1 - The Beach Ball was a fundraising gala event held at the District's waterpark facility. The committee wanted something punchy yet refined. The colors were to evoke the warmth of the sunset that would act as the back drop to the evenings events.

Grand opening invitation - The IceHogs are a member of the American Hockey League and primary affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Chicago Blackhawks. They have a Jr team that practices and plays at the Park District's Ice House facility. The District was having a grand opening ceremony for the new Jr IceHogs Training Facility, and needed a postcard invitation they could produce and mail affordably. The postcard needed to appeal to both current and perspective customers.
Skate park dedication invitation - 4-color postcard invitation for new skate park dedication. Piece needed to appeal to youth skaters, and I was asked to incorporate the photo of the skaters as shown on the front of the card. Original photo was considerably small and busy so I removed the background and tried to give the overall piece a rough feel to hide any imperfections that may come through with the quality of the photo once enlarged.
50th birthday invitation - The client was going to be celebrating her 50th birthday and wanted something she could mail to friends and family. The front photo was one of her favorites from her childhood, and she stated she was going to "party like a rock star" that night. 4-color laser.
50th anniversary invitation - 4-color postcard invitation and coordinating laser printed program. District wanted to include photos recently shot at the community center; a pattern was brought into the background to help represent the heritage and pride of it's visitors.
Winter wedding invitation set view 1 - Custom wedding invite package; bride wanted something simple and a little playful on a low budget. Silver lined envelopes, 1-color invitation and response postcard on Astrobright Neutron White textured cardstock (helped simulate snowy background).
Winter wedding invitation set view 2 - To help stay within budget the reception card was ink jetted in-house and accompanying informational inserts were laser printed on a text weight paper.
