The Page - A perfect bound, french fold, 32 page, double-sided book, this redesign of the Georges Perec text evokes the nature of the writing through its dualistic nature. The essay straddles two worlds, romantic stylizations, and the innovations of modernism and experimentation. The combination resulted one essay filled with hand-done calligraphy and the other, a modern approach to the same page. The book reads always on the left side, as the two different versions are reversed.
