FutureLearn User Experience
As one of the founding team members of this ed-tech startup, I was responsible for representing the user experience at the senior level of the company. I was focused on deeply understanding the users needs and creating an outstanding user experience, whilst embedding a user-centric culture into the organisation, and building a productive and collaborative UX, design and research team.
