Yarsep, A great way to make a texture is with a texture rub (fast and easy). The mesh is this rendering was done with an airbrush and a mono mesh overlay. A little more complicated and messy.

Christopher, I appreciate your comment. Yes... I believe this was on velum. It works well for drawing on both sides especially when drawing mesh by hand.
