About
I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Industrial Design. I have worked for an inventor out of a garage in San Francisco, built a scale model for the Henry Ford Museum: Racing Exhibit in Detroit, conducted research, managed projects, and generated solutions for desktop design at Dell :::: Recently, I joined the Visual Identity and Brand Experience (VIBE) group at Dell. I am managing ID concept models, designing internal events, and creating concepts for next generation Dell products.

I worked in the Experience Design Group (EDG) and managed projects for the Business Client Desktop Design division. While at Dell, I learned to use ProEngineer as a 3d modeling tool and realized this skill proved to be extremely beneficial when working with in-house and outside engineers. I also worked with the Usability team conducting research and presenting opportunity gaps to senior designers and decision makers.

While at WOED I was responsible for assisting junior designers by creating Photoshop renderings for various exhibits including the John Muir Museum and a museum exhibit design competition (Ningbo, China). I also worked in the shop to build a precise, scale, exhibit model for the Henry Ford Museum: Racing Exhibit in Detroit, Michigan.

Working as an assistant to a sole-proprietor inventor was an awesome experience. I was responsible for patent searches, concept sketching, building "proof of principle" prototypes, SolidWorks modeling, patent drawings, and creating licensing sheets. I learned how to take an idea and bring it to life! After completed my second internship with Tarlow Design, I stayed on as a 3d modeling freelancer for over a year.
