I avoid any possible issues:
from the CFM sample to the end of the production phase
Responsible for management of the BOM’s, updating style information
and changes as necessary, all sample comments, and approvals.
I’m in charge of the grading controls, fitting trials, products
international quality certifications.
I understand style cost build ups, and opportunities for value-engineering.
I work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure critical timelines are met
moreover I control the quality of the production.
I research new technologies and materials to reach our sustanable goals
