Mahima Pushkarna is a multi-disciplinary designer from India, with interests in exploring thematic intersections of science, technology, design and cultures. She graduated in visual communication design from Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, in 2010 and has since been working on numerous projects involving design for print, web and space. As a first-year graduate student at Northeastern University’s Information Design and Visualization program, she looks forward to studying the impact of community-specific “digital dialects” on information dissemination and acceptance, and use that to design insightful, inclusive and intuitively informative interactions and spaces.
