Diaby Glucose Test Watch - Diaby is a non invasive diabetes testing watch for children. It allows diabetic children to control by themselves their level of glucose thanks to the infrared technology. It won Gold Award in SYDA. (group project with Stefania Berselli)

Children with type 1 diabetes - Starting with the idea of "Digital Solution for a Sustainable Life", we focused on children with type 1 diabetes. Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases to affect children. It can strike children of any age, even toddlers and babies. If not detected early enough in a child, the disease can be fatal or result in serious brain damage. So the idea was to concentrate on their problems and help them to manage better their diabetes.

Ideas taking form - We did researches on new approaches to diabetes and worked on blood glucose monitoring solutions and we came with the idea to let children do blood test in a NON-INVASIVE way.

Technical - The test watch is designed to let children to adjust it according to the wrist size. So, it always tightly wrap the wrist and let infrared pass through the skin.
