DUponix project
DUponix allows for the practice of aquaponics in a common domestic environment.
The design was inspired by Marco Balsinha's former project UROBORO, further evolving over the initial objective of adding self-sustenance in urban housing, namely by creating a living entity inside our dwellings.
Research project developed by Marco Balsinha in partnership between MARE IPL (Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre) and LIDA IPL (Design and Arts Research Lab).
