CNC waterjet cutting machine
Description
Design of large gantry table for waterjett cutting. Design was made in cooperation with Faktum Design and the manufacturer (PTV). The product should link visually to another cutting machine from a production line. We aimed to bring few innovations such as front up-and-down movable curtain preventing water splashing around (fig. 3). We suggested the placement of linear drives on the outer side of the body to minimize their contact with water. The shaping is very simple due to easy manufacturing.

Cau, diky. no realizovany to je (maloseriova vyroba), ale nepovedlo se to uplne tip top :-/ Trosku to zmrsili a taky to nakonec udelali bez toho modryho laku, takze to nema uz ten efekt. Clovek holt musi byt tvrdej a pohlidat si to az do konce - ponauceni:-)
