Artist / Designer
I am an artist and designer with a passion for storytelling. I love conceptualizing new ideas, refining, and bringing them to life in 2D, 3D, and Time-Based Media. I work very collaboratively with my clients and fellow designers to come up with the best solutions to a variety of design challenges. I am a tenacious individual who is continuously seeking and absorbing information on new tools and processes to better my practice. There is an answer to every question, every problem has a solution. I have the dedication to find the answers/solutions. Because of these traits I am often entrusted to find ways to push further, and raise the bar higher. I am always learning and in turn I am often teaching. I have a sharp attentiveness to details that I use every day to produce high quality solutions.

Education: BFA in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (2006) Academic Deans List: (2003 – 2006) $2,500 Merit Scholarship: Marquette Medical Systems (2004) Currently Enrolled In the Oatley Academy of Concept Art and Illustration - Painting Drama 1 Design Experience: Sprout Concept (Fall 2006 – Present) Co Owner and Art Director Game Development, Interactive, Illustration, Arch Viz DCI Marketing (Winter 2011– Winter 2013) Senior Industrial Designer, Unity Environment Artist, Animator - Large Opportunities and high profile bid projects (POP Displays For Consumer Electronics, Cosmetics, and Automotive Showrooms) I worked collaboratively with our Design team and Marketing to design displays, environments, and experiences that tell a story. I worked closely with engineers to make sure design integrity was maintained throughout the pre-production and production processes. I also built and ran demos of products and environments using the Unity engine in our CAVE. This was often used for phases in the process such as presentation and prototype testing. Clients Include (but are not limited to): Microsoft, Sony, Subaru, Hyundai, Mazda, Jawbone, Dell, Mopar Derse Inc (Spring 2007 – Winter 2011) Environments Designer, Animator (Corporate Group) - Large Opportunities and high profile bid projects (Trade Show Booth Architecture and Permanent Interior Installations) I worked closely with other designers and Experiential Marketing to conceptualize Architecture and Interactions that communicate the Brand Message and showcase their product. Further, I worked with estimators and communicate with vendors to optimize the design to fit within budget parameters, then I worked with detailing and production to make sure design integrity was maintained. For most Large Opportunities I also produced Animations of the final designs to bring the environments to life. Clients Include (but are not limited to): Konami, Fiserv, Moen, Mazda, Joy Global, Marvell Semiconductor, Verizon Business, Maxxis Tires, Samsung, Hospira, Harley Davidson Twin Image Design (Summer 2006 – Winter 2006) Industrial Designer, Model Maker - Package illustration, Product Design, and Model Making I worked in Solidworks and Adobe Creative Suite to design housewares, injection molded parts, packaging, and fixtures. Most notably, I designed and helped to build and install interactive mechanical exhibits for the Discovery World Museum of Milwaukee. These consisted of a Milwaukee Art Museum Exhibit with wings that trigger to open and close, a Miller Park with a roof that opens, and a four faced Allen Bradley Clock.
