Profile:
I am a magazine journalism and graphic design student who is looking for a design internship with a print publication. I am detail- and deadline-oriented, creative, meticulous and have an unusual obsession with typography. I have worked on and held leadership positions in several student journalism organizations. I'm able to take initiative and work as part of a team and individually.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Magazine Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at San Jose State University. Current GPA: 3.5/4.0. Expected graduation: May 2010.

Head Counselor, Christian Music Theatre camp (CMT) summer from 2002-2006
*Worked with children ages 5 to 15 to put on a musical play in one week’s time.
*Worked with 1-3 counselors under me
*Coached other counselors on how to be more effective coaching the children.
*Participated with the kids in four classes throughout the day: dance, drama, music and art.

*Cleaned the buildings before and after camp hours.
*Solved camper problems if they arose.
