BIOS Restaurant Project

The Challenge - create a prototype restaurant where flexibility of both cuisine and space exist in preparation for projected franchise opportunities.

Solution - Design a harmonious and inviting environment that tempts it's potential clientele to spend entire evenings enjoying the space through food, spirits and friendship! With the use of multi-type seating areas this space can accommodate various groups of people throughout it's different zones - casual seating, low and high top seating, as well as bar seating. Tapas makes perfect sense for flexibility of cuisine and can easily transition from casual dinner to bar fare.
