Rome Knitterati
In 2015 I founded Rome Knitterati, a knit and crochet group in Rome, GA. We specialize in yarnbombs, which is the covering of a public structure with a knit or crocheted piece in order to bring beauty and attention to an otherwise ignored object or space. We also do several charity projects throughout the year, including Knitted Knockers and scarves for the homeless. In addition to starting the group, I also designed our logo, all print materials, and online pieces, as well as maintaining our social media presence, photography, and press coverage.
