Participated in creating a mobile version of a 30-year old, complex product thru the private cloud - iOS and Android. Challenges were striking the right balance between doing enough user research and creating the MVP (minimum viable product), producing enough value that end-users are willing to use the product, demonstrating enough future benefits to retain early adopters, and providing enough feedback loop for future development.
