In it's basic form, I oversee all development of the 3D Prototypes (Action Figures) from concept to final sculpt/model, whether it consists of 3D Digital Modeling or Traditional Sculpting. I am a very "hands on" project lead, with strengths in rapid prototyping and fabrication. I manage a large team of artists within the Digital, Sculpting, Model, and Mold Departments, as well as work along with the Paint Department.
