Michael Aron is currently an Art Director at Ross Culbert & Lavery, Inc.
Mr. Aron is responsible for annual reports, websites and videos for clients such as Simpson Thacher, Milbank, and Ameriprise Financial.
From 1993 through 2003 Mr. Aron was a partner in a mid-size graphic design firm Calfo Aron LLC which produced corporate communications, videos, and advertising for clients such as the New York Philharmonic, Boston Properties and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Prior to 1993 Mr. Aron owned Michael Aron and Company, was a Senior Designer at The Pushpin Group, and a Designer at Herb Lubalin Associates.
Michael S. Aron attended the Academy of Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium, and received his BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City.
Mr. Aron has taught at Parsons School of Design and has lectured at
New York University and The Cooper Union. His work is included in the
collection of The Library of Congress. He has also contributed to the books Design Career: Practical Knowledge for Beginning Graphic Designers; Designing with Illustration; Logo, Font & Lettering Bible; Typography Essentials; and Sourcebook for Visual Ideas.
