Company-wide Menu System - Designed, engineered and coordinated company-wide rollout for new overhead menu system for 89 Corporate restaurants - then out to the Franchise community upon request.
Worked with printer to engineer the hanging system for the display, as well as choosing substrates and setting up a system that allowed each panel to be replaced individually to accommodate menu changes, while keeping printing costs down.

Fuddruckers Franchise Brochure - Marketing brochure that was sent out to potential franchisees when they inquired about the company. Brochure had initially been mocked up by another designer prior to me joining the company. I took the design from that initial mockup to production, while adding new images, sections and design elements of my own. (2008)

Successfully lead the development, design and implementation of all marketing campaigns
from start to finish promoting the Fuddruckers brand, catering initiatives, and corporate/franchise restaurant sales for 200+ restaurants across the country and into Canada and Puerto Rico. This included multimedia, advertising and print collateral, menus, web maintenance, indoor and outdoor signage, photography and more. Coordinated all photography, including taking the photos and scheduling freelance food stylist. Promoted to lead the design team after a year. Hired and supervised a team of two in-house designers. Developed and maintained $1 million plus marketing department budget and ensured accurate accounting of accruals and distributions for corporate and franchise marketing account funds.
