Through brand positioning, product design, strategic market development and planned execution, start-up capital financing was retained with in a 12-month period. Along with strong personal/professional relationships in manufacturing, development, and sourcing supply chains in Latin America, Brazil, Mexico, and India, product was manufactured to the highest standards of quality and detail. National specialty retailers, high end sporting catalogs, and regional men’s boutiques were targeted to promote the Hemingway persona and brand direction. The launch of the brand in June 2010 garnered national media attention, including the likes of GQ, Esquire, The New York Times, The New Yorker, as well as multiple men’s trend blogs.
