2006 - Now Graphic Designer/Technical Illustrator
Cessna, Wichita, KS
- I create visual aids for the manufacturing floor using photography
and 3-D illustrations, which are created in Illustrator. I also do some
logo design for different groups within the facility.
2006 - 2006 Graphic Design
Fort Hays State University, Hays, KS
- This was a one month internship in which I created promotional
material for the head of the University's Art Department. The material
was for use in recruiting/attracting students from High School and
Community Colleges to the University's art program and all of its
offered degree's.
WORK EXPERIENCE (NON-GRAPHICS RELATED):
2000 - 2004 IMAX Projectionist
Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center, Hutchinson, KS
- I cleaned, operated, and maintained the IMAX projector
and SONICS Surround Sound System. I also trained new
sound technicians and projectionists, upkept the dome theater,
and provided customer service.
2003 Associate in Framing Department
Hobby Lobby Creative Center, Hutchinson, KS
- I framed customer artwork or memorabilia, including sizing,
cutting, fitting of mats and glass. I also assisted customers with
selection of their matting and frames.
