Group Photo - This piece was created for the World Aids Day contest. The idea was to portray a community coming together. I wanted to convey this by drawing several different characters with different personalities as seen through a digital camera. I tried to vary the characters, showing both young and old, large and small, predator and prey, coming together in harmony. The piece was drawn in ink and colored in Photoshop.

Vector Self Portrait - The objective of this piece was to compose a self portrait, which shows who I am. The portrait was done in Illustrator, working from a photo. The background is a faded photo with a color halftone, making it look like a comic book. I added a speech balloon with only a “. . .” since I often prefer not to speak if it’s not necessary. I used a comic theme in this piece because I hope to publish a comic of my own.

Mosi the Hunter - The objective of this project was to emulate a classical artist. I chose the German painter, Franz Marc, who was known for painting simplified, brightly colored animals. I combined his concepts with my own personal style to create this digital painting.

Surf Skate - This was originally a design for a sticker advertising a surf and skate shop called "The Connection." Unfortunately, this design was note used, so my intention is not to advertise for the shop, but to display the artwork.

The design was created using Adobe Illustrator.

Devilish Smile - This is a fairly simple, original character that I like to practice new techniques on occasionally. It's my devil monkey.

It was a run-away doodle actually. It was a sketch that I originally just wanted to clean it up in Illustrator. Then I added color, shading, and a glow effect in Photoshop, and now, I think it's good enough to show off.

Sticking to the Wall - This was a very experimental piece for me. I wanted to try some mood shading. This is, also, my first attempt at a picture with no black outline around the character.

The character is Amos the gecko.

This piece started out as a pencil sketch. The rest was painted in Photoshop.

Green Beer - This was made for a “Rocko” fan-art contest in March. The theme was “St. Patrick’s Day.” This entry won in 1 of the categories.

I inserted my character, Ziggy the cat, into this piece to explain the green beer to Rocko. The explaination being: “It’s made of leprechauns.”

Legal:
-Characters are property of Nickelodeon, except for Ziggy the cat, which is mine.
-Artwork was drawn and colored by me.
-Lyrics in the background are from "Requiem for a Dying Song" by Flogging Molly

Eat Your Heart Out - This illustration was created for a “Rocko’s Modern Life” contest in February. The theme was “Rocko in Love.” This entry won and was featured on the club’s homepage in March.
Legal stuff:
This character, Rocko, does not belong to me. Rocko was created by Joe Murray, and is property of Nickelodeon.
This illustration was drawn and colored by me. Drawn in pencil and ink, then colored in Photoshop.
I did use the box-art from the video, “Rocko’s Modern Love,” for reference.

ROFLMAO - These two characters are a couple of my original creations. Their names are Zaggy the dog, and Daggy the cat. They’re also cartoon representations of my two younger brothers.

They’re doing what brothers do best. Being annoying, and being annoyed.

Artjams - This is artwork I created for the cast of an interactive internet broadcast variety show, "the Funday Pawpet Show." This picture was spawned because Mutt, the sheepdog puppet, kept mispronouncing the name of the band, "the Rock-Afire Explosion."
