Bloom
Bloom - A lose leaf tea maker, it electronically heats water to a desired temperature then the inside pod opens to steep the tea leaves for the desired amount of time before closing back up. Bloom was inspired by the growing trend of loose leaf tea drinking, and the precise art of making a good pot of tea. The mechanical inspiration initially came from looking at the way a vegetable steamer opens and closes, then blossomed from there. Further aesthetic inspiration came from looking at water lilies.
