I am currently a photographer for The Freemans' Journal/ Hometown Oneonta Newspaper. I also am a Coordinator at the Oneonta Teen Center where I teach art classes in various mediums including mask making, drawing, giant puppet making and more. I am frequently hired by Orpheus theatre to paint drops for their performances.
I recently finished my first book cover for 'The Einstein Sisters Bag the Flying Monkeys" by Irving Wesley Hall.
Attended two years at Sage college in Albany , three at The School of Visual Arts in NY under such great artists as Steve Brodner, and Ju Chung

QUALIFICATIONS
I received my Associates Degree in illustration at Sage college in Albany, and received my Bachelors in Illustration The School of Visual Arts in New York City. In addition, I studied photography and graphic design. I also have experience in set painting, large scale puppet and costume building as well as mask and prop making.

2006-Present: Scenic Artist for Orpheus Theatre. Sets include: Beauty and the Beast, The Producers, Cabaret, Bye, Bye, Birdie, and the creation of the four Audrey II plant puppets for Little Shop of Horrors.

2010-2011: Scenic Artist/ Prop maker for The Oneonta Stage Players. Worked on Always, Patsie Cline, A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol, The Odd Couple (female version) and Frankenstein:1930 in black and white.

2010-Present: lead photographer for Hometown Oneonta Newspaper.

-Organized, supervised, and planned concerts, events, classes and fundraisers.
-Taught creative classes in mask-making, sculpture and toy making.
-Designed posters for events and other promotional items including logos and writing press releases.

- Assisted 2-4 yr. Old children prepare for meals, nap time, playtime, and activities such as reading and art.
- Helped 2-4 yr. Old children develop reading and writing skills through reading books, object recognition, etc.
- Assisted School Age children (7-12) with mathematics, English and art projects.
