This creative supported plans that collectively generated more than US$1 billion in retail sales between 1998 and 2005 as well as creative for Bob The Builder Best International License of the Year. • Played a pivotal role in the creation of the Home Entertainment division for Reel FX. Lead in developing the Creative department, budget management, hiring staff in response to timing and key deliverables, and building creative brand plans for Reel FX and its brands including: BOZ, The Green Bear Next Door and NASCAR Jr. Managed plans that drove sales of BOZ, to be the #3 selling children’s brand at Christian retail after only 18 months in the marketplace. • Build brand strategies and creative development for multiple brands. These include Mighty Kids Media, I Believe in Me Kids, Danger Rangers and Raggs. Example: Bowlopolis, a campaign to encourage younger bowlers to the sport of bowling for the (BPAA) Bowling Proprietors Association of America. Developed campaign that included logo, direct mail, internal communication pieces, magazine and newspaper ads, grand opening campaign collateral, emails, online banners, signage and other print projects. • Excellent communicator with internal and external team members as well as vendors. Experience managing domestic and international teams. Results include efficiencies in building creative strategies, sharing creative assets, contractors, purchasing, etc. Results include streamlining art creative from 3 departments down to one. This provided an immediate savings of over $250,000.
