Eco 2008 - Super light super efficient car made to compete in the 2008 edition of the "Maratona de Eficiencia Energética", the Brazilian version of the Shell Eco-Marathon championish. Goal of the competition is to race the longest distance consuming the least fuel possible. Project designed and executed by the Eco Marathon team of the university Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, team compound by another 5 students of mechanical and electrical engineering and oriented by Prof. Dr. Ed Cláudio Bordinassi.
Eco 2009 - Super efficient car made to compete in the 2009 edition of the "Maratona de Eficiência Energética". Project designed and executed by the Eco Marathon team of the university Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, team compound by another 5 students of mechanical and electrical engineering. In this edition the car achieved marks of over 500 km/liters of gasoline in the practices but unfortunately due to electronics problems, it wasn´t possible to achieve a valid mark in the competition.
