Re-Design of Thumbtack - This award winning design was featured in I.D. magazine for their 2001 Annual Design Review. It received a Gold Design Award
Re-design of a thumbtack - The Thumbtack has TWO pins, an oversized head, a channel in the middle, and a distinctive style. The double pins add strength and stability while preventing paper from swiveling. The oversized head is ergonomically inspired and the horseshoe shaped channel allows users to organize wire and hang up holiday lights.
Tool Bags - These drawings were conceptual ideas in a new prduct line for Husky and Home Depot. This particular sketch shows how the bag can split into two parts, creating two different bags. Also, inside where the two halves meet, there are hidden pockets to store documents and papers. To save space there are four large hooks that allow for the hanging of the bag while on the job site or at home.

the foodLoop - Created by Kraigh Stewart of FusionBrands, the foodloop is made of Silicon and can withstand extremely high temperatures. Used as a tool designed to replace string and toothpicks in the kitchen prep process. deepLABS, working in correlation with Kraigh, were in charge of engineering this device for production.

Cleveland Golf CG4 Iron - Competitive research
Cleveland Golf CG4 Iron - These are initial ideas and thumbnails of the project. My objective was to design the next generation CG4 Iron.
Cleveland Golf CG4 Iron - Slightly more refined ideas for the CG4 Iron. Because this project was only commissioned for 20 hours I could only spend a certain amount on each phase.
Cleveland Golf CG4 Iron - This is the progression from sketch to CAD using Alias. Built using complex curves, surfaces are carefully added to give the club a more unique and compelling form. This particular shape is utilizing the material to distribute weight towards the bottom, sending the ball in the air quickly and easily.
Cleveland Golf CG4 Iron - The next generation CG4 Iron features holes on the top rim of the club face which can cut down on wind resistance as well as provide a lighter feel. The club’s curves are more accentuated to better distribute the weight. Stylistically, linear grooves are added to the back side of the club and there is a greater presence to the logo.

Moto Restaurant - Working with Moto and their Head Chef Homaro Cantu, we created various utensils that incorporated the Olfactory sensation (which means 75% of what your tasting is actually through your nose). This was Homaro's own invention for the first generation silverware, incorporating a corkscrew handle.

The main hole at the bridge is where the garlic would go and the herbs can then be strung through the holes.

Moto Restaurant - Working with Moto and their Head Chef Homaro Cantu, we created various utensils that incorporated the Olfactory sensation (which means 75% of what your tasting is actually through your nose). The main hole at the bridge is where the garlic would go and the herbs can then be strung through the holes.
Moto Restaurant - One shouldn’t be scared of this utensil. The three curved surfaces work much like a fork but because they are spread out it allows the inner edge to be serrated for cutting purposes. This design would be small enough to fit in the mouth safely without cutting the person using it.
Moto Restaurant - This particular utensil has a very unique yet simple form that incorporates the function of a spoon and fork. It also has several holes running down the middle to allow the for the Olfactory sensation associated with this line.

Incense bowl - This bowl would be used for burning all types of incense from powder to chips to coils. Frosted glass on top while the outside has a very unique shape and pattern cut into it.
