The Pleasant Grove Project consisted of looking at the stormwater management plan before and after the F5 tornado hit the city in April of 2011. The Patton Creek TMDL project consisted of reviewing the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) report provided by the state environmental agency, Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).
