Design task : As an In house Interior designer for ARI, I was Instructed to make an office which can accommodate 25 to 30 staffs, One Chairman’s cabin, 4 Director’s cabin, One Meeting room, 2 Discussion rooms and a Break-out space etc;. But when it’s come to overall ambiance about interior. Directors want the nature of business what they do and the confidence what they have, to be reflected on the design scheme, but with in a very limited budget. Design Concept: Since the ARI’s nature of businesses is in to Investments related, I have developed a Concept to reflect the type of business and traditional values what company following. So I developed a design concept which is Traditional and Contemporary style together with a Rich but Warm, Welcoming & Cozy look and feel. Main Finishes: Wood Veneer, Laminate, Wallpaper, Parquet Flooring ,Carpet and Granite etc;

International Ceramic City (On Going Project) at Jabal Ali, Dubai

Project Info :
Ceramic related Products - Trading Hub. 27000 Sqm, Jabel Ali Indl.Area, Dubai.

Design task: ICC is a prestigious project for Al Rashid Investments and, this is going to be the biggest (More than 300,000Sqft Buildup area) destination for all Ceramic related products in the region. It’s an ongoing project and the scheduled completion date is mid Of Feb 2012. As an In house Interior designer for ARI, from the binging I was involved on this project. Since they are renting the units as shell and Core condition, I was instructed by the management, to make the design proposal only for common areas like Entrance Lobbies and Toilets. They want a Modern contemporary Looking design which can be compliment with the building design but it should be within in a very competitive budget.
Design Concept: Design Concept was “Modern Contemporary with a Welcoming looks” to achieve the desired design concept, I made a design with the combination of wooden finish, White colour High glossy finish, Glass with Frosted Film and White and Black colour Reflective porcelain flooring. In my design pattern I used Geometry shapes and Straight Lines to look the Deign simple and Modern. To control the overall cost I done a proper value engineering about the usage and selection of material and measurements etc.; Main Finishes: Laminate-Zebrano Finish, Laminate – SS Brush Finish, Glass with Frosted Film, White Colour Polyurethane Paint, 60 x 60 Porcelain Tile.
